Concert Same day as Court day April 5th!!!!

Now I just thought about this and had to post this. Wasn't it said that there was going to be a tribute concert for Michael April 5th 2010 in Africa??? Or was that cancelled also??? Because now I was thinking they are going to have a tribute concert same day as Murrays day in court?!?!!! Please correct me if I'm wrong because this just came to mind while I'm laying down.
