If we are right about this being a hoax, seems like the nurse wasn't just someone Michael saw a few times, because if she was why would she be around the children/family? why do they trust her enough for her to still be around.

I think this is a huge clue you guys, she knew Michael more personally that what was previously led on...

Interesting isn't it that we hadn't heard from her since the beginning of this thing; and now boom, out of no where here she is again.

I agree! She certainly did not give the impression at first that they were close in any way. And now she is still around the children? And what is she doing at an event like that, all glamed up? Weird!!!
