Hey Guys, Sorry if this is a topic already but I was watching Nancy Grace, I usually don't watch her show, but Brain Oxman was on her show. He said he will file a wrongful death suit on behalf of Joe Jackson.

  • Please...stop freaking out over every article published about legal matters! Seriously, think before you reply, because WTF replies are worthless and will only cause other members to freak out.

Like I said in the "Katherine demands upgraded charge of second degree murder" thread at <!-- l -->viewtopic.php?f=48&t=7658&start=0<!-- l -->:

Has it ever occurred to you that Murray and the charges could be symbolic..? The family is trying to expose a huge conspiracy against Mike that has been going on for years and years, but they can't be blunt. These demands make perfect sense to me. There's a whole load of shit coming out...just wait and see...

  • If you read the whole article it states that California law requires 90 days notice before it can be actually filed with the court. So lets see, 90 days from now brings us to ....June 23rd.

I believe Brian Oxman at one time represented MJ as his legal counsel. If I am not mistaken, he is the one who went on a rampage when MJ "died" saying he had told MJ about the drugs and that they were going to kill him. Am I correct? Now last nite he seemed to be on a similar trek as he made a comment about the 7 out of 9 drugs found in MJ's system. If the autopsy is real and correct as many believe then it clearly states there were only 7 drugs in MJs system. So who's side is he really on? He is also selling justice4mj shirts through his facebook page. Go figure. Make a buck ever which way you can, and in doing so, get some MJ fans to help boost your profits. As for Joe, he wants to get in where he fits in and get paid like all the other crooks.
  • And the pot continues to be stirred....
  • if they are going on Nancy Grace's show to make such an important announcement, then it s definitely hoax for me. Nancy Grace was always a bitch to MJ. Why on earth would they chose her lame show to announce this? Maybe they just want her to look as silly as the other media when MJ is revealed piece by piece.....

but she doesnt need that to look silly....
  • He has missed the deadline. The deadline would have been today 03/24/10. He would have to file his "90 day notice" of intent to file by today in order to file his claim by June 24th. Medical Malpractice Wrongful Death is different from "wrongful death" or "medical malpractice claims." It is in a category of its own and has a one year deadline, and requires a 90 day notice of intent to file. All of this was perfectly timed....just to make sure they missed the deadline. <!-- s:mrgreen: --><!-- s:mrgreen: --> <!-- s:mrgreen: --><!-- s:mrgreen: -->
