Not surprised about Oprah and Bill Gates... but euthanasia is a whole different story. It's legal here in Holland and I know you will all attack us for it, but I advise you to download and watch the Dutch movie 'Simon' before you judge. It's still everyone's own choice and you can only make that choice while you are still clear in the head.
Here a doctor helps you pass, in America a doctor can't, but a friend can... So that let's all inject each other without medical control, now that is something I don't get. Euthanasia is not a bad thing.

Dr Kervorkian did this. People call it assisted suicide sometimes. If someone is dying of cancer and there is no way on Earth they are going to live, then I can totally understand. Which is what Dr Kervorkian did, but they wanted to call him a murderer. These sick people went to him to ask him to help them die, since they were going to die anyways and they were in so much pain.
I can totally understand why he did what he did. He was helping people relieve their pain.

As far as euthanasia goes, for me:
My grandmother committed suicide. She was suffering from what our whole family thinks was undiagnosed untreated celiac sprue, also known as celiac disease (which I also have, it's inherited). It wasn't pretty. I wish someone had helped her go out easier, less painfully. She was in great pain and in a wheelchair by the time she was 55. VOLUNTARY Euthanasia I can understand, as I was very sick and bedridden for months before my diagnosis, and had no quality of life. There were days I wished I was dead I felt so bad. But population control or FORCED euthanasia I don't agree with at all!

Totally agree with you souza. If I can choose how to live, when the time comes, why couldn't I choose how to die?.Freedom is the most precious thing that we have and in my opinion to forbid the euthanasia is like to sentence an innocent to life imprisonment.
Not to sure which way I want to sway on the whole Euthenasisa. I believe that it is up to God who lives and who dies. But, if I were deathly ill, I might want the assisted suicide.

I really don't care for Oprah that much either. She just acts like she knows everything and that what she says is the gospel. She is not God. Oprah does seem two faced too. She acts really fake sometimes especially when her friends like Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, John Travolta come on her show. She also can be narcissitic very into herself. Anyway I wouldn't be suprised if this vaccination thing would be true about downsizing the population. It's weird because I just heard Louis Farakhan mention the fact that there was someone who wanted to invent a virus to weaken the immune system to downsize the population. He was suggesting that's how the Aids epidemic came into being. I know these kind of things sound outrageous but I am starting to be more open and aware of things. Like last year everybody was all freaked out about the swine flu and that vaccine came out basically overnight. I encouraged my friends and family not to get it because I felt in my spirit that it didn't seem right. Now you don't even hear anything about the swine flu anymore. First it was like a big deal then you hear nothing else about it. I believe there's also cures out there but people that run the drug industry don't want to let these cures be known. I'm a Christian and I believe in God and I just keep praying to be wise about things.
