Listening to the news I just heard Lord Lucan,If anyone remembers him,was smuggled out the country to somewhere in africa by some wealthy high up people, although they denia it ,It just makes me think anything is possible.
...... I don't like to let the media depict for me whether someone is evil or not.

Well said Andrea!

Looking at the ridiculously high figures quoted makes me think this is just another storyline in the hoax, just to show how gullible people are in believing the media's (MJ's!) crazy lies tales! If they believe Murray killed MJ they'll certainly go for this shady Tohme guy fleecing him out of millions. I thought MJ was supposed to be broke anyway!!!!!

I'm glad if it's Tohme's 'time to shine'. He's been a constant mystery - in the background for too long!
This is what Frank Cascio has to say on twitter:

http://twitter.com/#!/fdcascio

Frank Cascio (@fdcascio)
Posted Saturday 18th February 2012

Michael was disgusted by Thome, He is a con-artist and tried to put Michael in a corner and make him feel helpless. Michael had Frank Dileo Fire Thome, he was tired of living like a prisoner with Thome around. He stole millions and millions of Michael's Money. Let's all support JohnBranca and the estate during this time. @justice_4mj

Like I said above, I don't know what to make of Tohme. I don't like to let the media depict for me whether someone is evil or not.

Agree 100%

A lawsuit in court against AEG will be heard in September 2012 http://www.mjjunderground.com/2011/06/02/judge-schedules-katherine-jacksons-aeg-lawsuit-for-september-2012/, in the meantime full investigation is running. Some media outlets  provide us just bits and pieces in relation to the investigation, which causes speculations, confusion and above all assumptions. Persons are being accused before outcome of the investigation. Sounds familiar....

I concur, 1000%. Otherwise, why would his spiritual advisor play that tape of him so frightened? Also, Dieter was it, said he was frightened of the (Italian) mafia!

To me, that means someone was playing headgames with him - and Tohme was the only one around to do so, to extort. Managers only take a piece of the pie; they don't demand money up front!!

We'll see what's the truth; but being fearful for your life, being blackmailed, and not knowing from who all, sounds like a definite reason to go into hiding.

Branca has to answer with numbers to the Estate and the government - he can't just willy-nilly do what he wants. Doing the right thing, actually puts money in his pocket, and keeps him employed for as long as he stays there. He has to follow very specific laws, when handling that kind of money.

I strongly suspect that Branca found enough evidence to go after Tohme - or the Estate wouldn't have made a move now.

This may be the bottom of the rabbit hole!!
I really don't know what to make of Thome. He can be the bad guy or the good guy. If he is the bad guy why wasn't he at the trial and why was he with Michael's "body" till they put him in the helicopter? If he is the good guy, why is the estate suing him and why Frank Cascio wrote those things about him? :?
Branca signed his shares back to Michael, of the Sony/ATV catalog, when he left. He's turned the Estate around.

Fortunately - he doesn't have to prove anything, to anyone on here: it's all in the numbers.
Tink, I don’t expect anyone we’ve discussed is worrying about proving anything to anyone here. And I am getting a little irritated by your know everything attitude which seems to follow many of my posts. Do I know you from somewhere???? crash/
Does anyone remember that Tohme Tohme was scheduled to appear on Larry King Live back in 2009? Then on the evening of November 18, it was announced that TT had to reschedule because he 'had a DENTAL problem'... That was 1 day after Chandler's death, who was a DENTIST. He never rescheduled...

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
Souza I remember this because if I’m correct we had started devising a line of questions for him that he had said he would be answering during the show.

Wow - those are loaded statements, aren't they. I don't remember this but it's amazing that he never rescheduled and he just up and almost disappeared. I know we've discussed many times where he is and what he could be up to.

It does make one wonder where this will go.
I remember the June 25 it was said that Tohme was in the house and was the he had dismissed employees, Tohme was in the hospital on the side of Jermaine,Tohme accompany the body until the helicopter..

Aha! It would seem that Tohme's presence on THAT DAY was quite essential. And yet he didn't testify at Murray's trial...there's definitely something there.

To follow the path of money
I also think about Nanny Grace regularly, where she is and what she is doing. She seems to have vanished off the face of the earth as well.
[sorry for off topic]
RK,
Synchronicity...I too have been thinking about Grace. I was trying to look into Nanny Grace for more recent news yesterday but wasn't able to find anything....
(still off topic, sorry)

People like to say his office is the back booth at the Bel Air Hotel. Of Lebanese descent, it has been reported that he claimed on his company’s website to be an ambassador-at-large from the country of Senegal, but the Senegalese embassy disclaimed any knowledge of him. Tohme Tohme has often been described by the press as a mysterious fellow. But is he? Really?

In reality, Tohme owned a company called TRW Advertising. Jim Weller, (the W of TRW), creative director and one of the partners, according to the website, has won more than 2,000 awards including Ten Best in America by Adweek, created the “Where’s the Beef” slogan, and the TRW website states he was a former adviser to a president of the United States. The other partner, Sig Rogich, is a businessman from Iceland who was briefly the U.S. ambassador to Iceland.

Is Tohme Tohme really that mysterious or just a businessman who likes his privacy?

It was Tohme who introduced Jackson to Tom Barrack of Colony Capital and set into play the complicated negotiations that would then become the AEG-Live deal for the This Is It tour, which were intended to put back on his feet.

There is no question that Tohme Tohme adored Jackson.

Jackson fired him two months before the This Is It tour and brought back in longtime manager Frank DiLeo (who sadly passed away on August 2, 2011).

Shortly before Jackson’s death, I was told by someone familiar with the events, DiLeo asked Tohme to come back in and help, which would explain another thing that never made any sense at all.

On June 25, 2009, after Jackson was declared dead at UCLA Medical Center, according to multiple witness testimony in the preliminary hearing, Tohme returned to the Carolwood residence, took charge, fired the entire security staff, and replaced them on the spot.

What Tohme Tohme might have testified to is how much financial pressure Jackson was really under at the time of his death, and whether Tohme had ever had an experience with MJ when he seemed impaired in any way.

Michael’s sister LaToya has claimed on numerous occasions that Tohme removed $5 million from the Carolwood residence (Michael always liked to keep a lot of cash on hand). And according to probate court records, Tohme did return $5.2 million to the estate (albeit a year after Michael’s death) that he claimed Michael had given him so that Tohme could purchase a “dream” house for MJ, a “retreat” of a sort, in Las Vegas.

As it happens, LaToya also went to the Carolwood house after Michael died and spent the night there. (Talk about a contaminated crime scene—although in fairness to the LAPD, they didn’t actually realize it was a “potential” crime scene until a number of days after Michael’s death.) Several people have asked me to ask LaToya about the Post-its. Don’t ask me what the Post-its are though; all I know is they disappeared, too.

Tohme Tohme likes to say that Michael Jackson wasn’t paying him anything. That’s true. But he did have a piece of the This Is It tour. And rumor has it, he’s about to sue. (Stay tuned ...)

What Tohme Tohme Ramses would have testified to:

The extraordinary talent of MJ."

Tohme is a liar. I believe that the 5 million dollars that Tohme returned was money that was advanced as a loan to Michael upon Michael's company signing and delivering a promissory note against his business assets as part of the AEG contract.

5 million US dollars was advanced to Tohme as manager of Artisco, for Michael. He probably kept it for himself or at least planned to . However, since the concerts didn't commence he had to find a way to get back what ever he had spent before 2 Seas Records LLC sued the mess out of him. bangbang
