I think they roll off after a time. Unless of course they are incarcerated.

That is very strange that Murray is no longer listed here!
I have a question...Why is it that we never saw Murray's mugshot from when he was charged in Michael's death? TMZ always seem to get everyone else's mugshot, so why didn't we see one of Murray??? <!-- s:o -->:o<!-- s:o -->
