If half (or even more) of the world's population cannot speak how will we defeat the NWO ?

Can someone familiar with the Bible explain this to me ? I don't recognize God's message here. I only obey GOD not men, this is GOD who will judge me not men therefore I really don't understand this. <!-- s:shock: -->:shock:<!-- s:shock: -->
