Katherine Jackson Interview: MJ Death Was Avoidable

TMZ has obtained a clip of Katherine Jackson speaking about the very reason she filed a new lawsuit against AEG -- she believes Michael Jackson's death could have been prevented ... if not for negligence.

During a recent interview for an MJ documentary -- shot by the Michael Jackson Secret Vault -- Katherine was asked if MJ's death was avoidable and her answer clearly points the finger at Dr. Conrad Murray.

As we reported yesterday, Katherine filed a lawsuit for negligence against AEG -- the company that hired Dr. Murray as MJ's personal physician during the "This Is It" tour rehearsals.

    This is an old interview.. interesting that TMZ brought it up again. All she really said is that Michael's death could have been prevented... which can be true from the hoax perspective too. A death hoax would not have been necessary had the world not needed a wake up call. But the world is "negligent", just like the doctor <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

    Katherine indicates Murray as the person in charge of Michael's death, but she in the demand against AEG does not mention to Murray, in fact this one freeing of the fault on having said that AEG did not give to him the equipment necessary for Michael's care.

    In Joe Jacksons lawsuit it states Michael had prescriptions written to him from Murray at the end of 2008. It states Michael himself hired Conrad Murray and had been seeing him since 2006!!! Dr. Murray's contract was never signed by AEG!!! So WTF the family blames AEG for? The lawsuit is for fraud. It's all for sheeples <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->
