If you are healthy and well this is such an easy thing to do every 3 months.
It costs nothing except a little of your time and a small prick in your arm. Many employers allow leave for people to donate blood.
It will help a large number of children and adults struggling with illness and diseases such as cancer, haemophilia, leukaemia, major surgery...and many many other diseases and illnesses.
