Call me crazy but I just had a thought...what if Cascio is in on the hoax. If he were indeed a friend and MJ would hide-out at his house, or whatever he called it, then it is possible he would know. Now correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Cascio hand over these songs? If he did, and if MJ has been there and noone knows because we are to believe he is "dead", then isn't it possible that this could be new music and not music previously recorded? Listening to the lyrics it sounds as if it could very well be an explanation as to his disappearance.

This could very well be. The Cascios were always low-key. They kept their 'everday' life up until today, as far as I am concerned seeing it from an 'everyday' kind of level. After all he spent many many days and weeks, no months, alltogether at their house. That Cascio comes up in this story at this very minute/stage, exactly at the time, when the new album was/is announced plus all other previous happenings, just underlines my the feeling of an existing plan and according to this plan the people/stories/releases pop up.
