Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer has filed a motion to dismiss Joe Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit against him ... TMZ has learned.
Murray's lawyer, Charles Peckham, claims Joe's attorney missed the statute of limitations and therefore the case -- centering on the death of Michael Jackson -- should be thrown out.
Peckham claims Joe's lawyer, Brian Oxman, filed the lawsuit 158 days after the 1-year deadline.

Joe seems as well to stir the pot with legal claims here and there which will not lead anywhere. Like if would be made on purpose.
I'm glad you posted this!! This reminds me of the new coke commerical running in the US. I thought it was crazy when some one suggested MJ-Simpsons connection, but may be so! Or jus another coincidence <!-- s:P -->:P<!-- s:P -->

Well Mesereau fired him from the 2005 trial because he fell asleep in court.
Messerau has all my respect. Thanks to his defense Michael was decleared innocent. Oxman would have put Michael on the death row.
So, the Katherine's claim vs AEG is also passed statute of limitation. She submitted claim I guess in September of last year and scheduled for hearing in February. So, they were late too . Do their lawyers do that on purpose or what to be the subject of joke? <!-- s --><!-- s -->
Also, shouldn't the court have already thrown this out for the same reason?
I wonder if this has more meaning because of the timing of the story.
I gotta go to work so I don't have time to move it. If you care to read it...
