Michael Jackson is one of a kind, i agree JentleTouch.
But Lady Justice should be blind, i agree PeaceLove. If this does not happen, the society may as well fall apart. That's why i don't understand how can he come back after a public trial, with a real court and Judge. To me , answers like "he is Michael Jackson", "he has the power to..". "FBI helps him to" ...don't stand very well in my thoughts. Who is helped by FBI to fake my death and quit 50 signed shows? Death threatenings? I doubt.

There are two alternatives when it comes to the lawyers, the Police and the judge in the courtcase. (I am ruling out that they are actors as this would be found out pretty quickly)
1) They don´t have a clue about the hoax. In which case, when they find out, hell will break loose!! And Michael would be sued for billions if he came back - together with anyone else involved in the hoax.
2) They know about it but are "bought" which means they are committing a crime. Which also means that if Michael comes back, they would get imprisoned.

I've been back and forth with this and even though sounds plausible in a movie, i can't comprehend and reason it in reality. It's true i know nothing about how they operate, maybe that is why. But for starter, i don't know how a dead Michael can help FBI and why did he plan th concerts if he knew that he would be used in an operation.
