Am I alone in wondering why Barry had so much of the vocals?
Was this intended to be a Barry Gibb album piece perhaps? With Michael doing background?
Isn't it just toooo amazing the day of release?
Now, onto other things. I'm sure you noticed a message in the song. But, "I" being a JW have to say this, as Michael was also, and his songs were his method of him getting his preaching work out to the world...that in this song are yet the teachings of the Witnesses. So I wonder about the time frame of the writer and if it is Michael's lyrics. I am doubting, w/o checking yet, that they are Barry's or all Barry's as I recognize the Witness teachings.
I'm lead to believe quite a lot of things from this, which I may write later after researching this...

The song is beautiful and Barry's voice is very very good......but I miss Michael terribly today and MTV had a Michael Jackson week'end here and they had a documentary about his death and it was terrible to watch...they said CM did CPR on the bed and that 25 mg of propofol wouldn't be enough to put a child to sleep....but that was all, they didn't question any further on these
Hi fordtocarr...I agree. Michael's convictions are quite apparent in this song. The words all in your name and paradise stand out for me. This song brings me to tears.
Could "all in your name" refer to whether we have gained a good reputation with God, enough to be in his favor to live on a new paradise earth? And at death, your "name" is safe in God's memory and your future life on a paradise earth that he promises will be guaranteed, John 5:28,29, Psalm 37:10,11, 29, Luke 23:43.
Then I had another thought...Is knowing God's name what matters as well?
