I'm busy watching all the testimony I missed. (Damned job) Just watching Dan Anderson on stand. The defense is showing the gastric contents lab report and Walgren made it a point to show the dates on top of the report, not that that would be important for the jury, haha. I realize that his is a review, but:<br />Date received: 6/16/11<br />Date drawn: 6/26/10<br />Date reported:6/28/11<br />Question: Did they not have the original test results?
