[size=14pt]Randy Jackson<br />MJ Executors are 'Criminals'[/size]<br /><br />7/24/2012 4:18 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF<br /><br />0724-randy-al-sharpton-videolaunch-1.jpg<br /><br />Randy Jackson just came out swinging against the people in charge of the Michael Jackson Estate -- claiming the executors are "criminals" who falsified documents for their own personal gain ... but it's looking like Randy's plot is quickly crashing and burning.<br /><br />Jackson just spoke with Al Sharpton on MSNBC's "Politics Nation" ... and tried to explain why he and his siblings are trying to overthrow John Branca and John McClain.<br /><br />"We feel there is criminal misconduct," Jackson said ... claiming the executors had a hand in faking MJ's will ... and Randy believes he can prove it because Michael was in NY on the day he supposedly signed the document in L.A. <br /><br />Problem is ... Randy's argument has a GIANT flaw ... the "mistake" he's pointing to is based on a witness who merely forgot what city he was in at the time the will was signed.<br /><br />There are witnesses who saw MJ sign the will ... and it has been validated by the court.<br /><br />But even if Randy and his siblings were to get the will invalidated ... MJ's old will cuts them out of MJ's fortune too ... and it appoints Branca executor.<br /><br />Multiple sources tell TMZ ... the situation is simply a money grab by MJ's siblings who know that once Katherine Jackson dies ... MJ's money goes in trusts for his kids. Randy and co. will never get a dime.<br /><br />Randy kept saying they are a family.  Paris begs to differ, because she just tweeted, "Family" they said.  Can you feel the sarcasm?    And apparently Randy hasn't read our website ... that Tito has already jumped the "family" ship.

    Problem is ... Randy's argument has a GIANT flaw ... the "mistake" he's pointing to is based on a witness who merely forgot what city he was in at the time the will was signed.

    Are they "smooth" criminals? Lol.<br /><br />TMZ keeps re-iterating that no matter what, the Jackson sibs aren't getting $.  Maybe the rest of the world should pick up on that and realize that all this craziness isn't actually happening!  Or it is, but is being play-acted, for the cameras.

    wait a minute i thought  they said in the first place that the reason mj couldn't have been there to sign the will was because he was with sharpton at the thing where he called tommy mattola the devil  :suspect:<br /><br />and i though sharpton was said to be thrown off that mj said such a thing about mattola . anybody else?

    I agree,i believe those slimy bastards are criminals,the family wants and will get justice in the end.Freaking snakes need to be punished once and for all.Evey last one of them.

    ok, so Randy "believes" he can prove it. That indicates a slightly doubtful tone.<br />If it was a certainty then why use the word 'believe"? A certain 100% sure tone would have been: Randy CAN prove it!<br /><br />

    WHO is that witness?? if Randy has the proof why don't they mention the name of that witness!?<br />I'd really like to know what proof does Randy have that MJ was in NY and not in LA at the moment when the will was signed.<br /><br />

    This^^ is the best proof that 1. the letter signed by the Jackson brothers to remove Branca from the Estate is absolutely pointless (just for the show)<br />and<br />2. that the real reason why they are making this circus is not really the validity of the will nor Michael's children or money! but obviously the hoax and the dragging of the media into a ridiculous , embarrassing situation.<br /><br />Also about "being in 2 places at the same time" ---> Is this a subtle confirmation that Michael has been using DOUBLES all along??  :icon_e_wink: Maybe Randy's witness is right about seeing Michael in NY and at the same time the witnesses seeing Michael signing the will in LA are also right! Maybe that's what people need to discover... Michael's hoax is being revealed, step by step, starting with crucial moments happened years before...
