TMZ has learned.<br /><br />A lawyer in court today made reference to "an incident" last night -- this is the incident.  Sources involved in the situation tell TMZ ... people in the house were "alarmed and nervous" after hearing Katherine sounding heavily drugged.<br /><br />In addition to attempting to 86 the security team, Katherine ordered Trent Jackson off the property.  You may recall, Jackson's security -- and Trent in particular -- thwarted Monday's attempt by Randy, Jermaine and Janet to take the kids to Arizona.<br /><br />Our sources say the prevailing view is that Randy and company have drugged their mom.<br /><br />We're also told Jackie Jackson is furious at his conspiratorial siblings for what they've done and what they are trying to do.<br /><br />We were unable to get Randy for comment.  <br /><br />Katherine's lawyer, Perry Sanders, tells TMZ ... "I'm waiting on Katherine to get back in town and I'm looking forward to getting a hold of her to ascertain what's been going on."

    this reminds me of the recording of michael being drugged during the murray trial.<br />But tmz made up the story about janet and paris slapping eachother so this can also be made up that katherine called drugged up.<br />I hope Katherine gets back soon so this can be put to rest and Paris can tweet out a confirmation.

    They're sure making it easy for us.  The parallels are obvious between Katherine and Michael's supposed drug use/late night phone calls, etc.  Just like there were parallels between Murray and MJ.

    <br /><br />Thought about that too. <br /><br />Too many quick assumptions about Katherine sounded drugged up. What if she had a medical treatment and her voice sounded slurred of the medications? And did she sound differently...? she could have been someone else saying she was Katherine :suspect: Plus, I didn't read that MJ's kids were disturbed and were saying that Katherine sounded strange.<br />We still don't know the whole story and for the media it's easy to speculate. <br /><br />
    <br /><br />Judge suspends Katherine Jackson as guardian<br />Call made from spa in Arizona<br /><br /> Author: From Alan Duke CNN<br /><br />Published On: Jul 25 2012 11:37:08 AM EDT Updated On: Jul 25 2012 03:09:31 PM EDT<br /><br /><br /> LOS ANGELES (CNN) - <br />A judge appointed TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson, as temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's three children in the absence of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson.<br /><br />"We have reason to believe that Mrs. Jackson has been held against her will," Katherine Jackson attorney Sandra Ribera told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff at a hearing Wednesday.<br /><br />Immediately after the hearing however, another attorney for Katherine Jackson, Perry Sanders, said he'd been told by Randy Jackson that his mother was on a plane bound for California.<br /><br /><br />Sanders said he would immediately file a petition to restore her as custodian.<br /><br />Beckloff suspended Katherine Jackson as custodian for Prince, Paris and Prince Michael II, known as Blanket, because she may be "prevented from acting as a guardian because of the acts of third parties."<br /><br />He also ordered "that the children not be removed from California without a court order, by any person."<br /><br />The judge also ordered that Diana Ross, whom Michael Jackson named as backup guardian in his will, and Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of the two oldest children, be given notice of the order.<br /><br />The order will be reconsidered at a hearing next month, and the judge left open the possibility that custody could be returned sooner if Katherine Jackson returns home.<br /><br />Katherine Jackson finally called her home Tuesday night after being out of communication for nine days, her lawyer said.<br /><br />TJ Jackson, whom Katherine Jackson left in charge of the children when she left home on July 15, said he was disturbed by how she sounded. <br /><br />"I've never heard my grandmother talk like that," he said about that phone call.     2:43 PM PT -- Randy Jackson has gone to Twitter ... claiming Katherine fired Trent and her security team at 9 PM last night ... NOT between 2AM and 4AM this morning.<br /><br />He makes no reference to allegations she was "drugged up" during the phone call ... but Randy does say he was on the phone with Rebbie when it all went down.<br /><br />Randy also claims TJ had ASKED Katherine for temporary guardianship last night ... but Katherine flat out turned him down ... saying, "NO TJ."

    Just now on Twitter some are saying that Katherine Jackson will be speaking exclusively on the 5pm news in Tucson in a recorded interview and that she will be on "Good Morning America" tomorrow.<br /><br />Also some say Sanders talked to her and she seems to be fine and that she´s right now in a car on her way home.

    I told you once before @Magic Love 4u, we are NOT going to speculate about the health and cognitive ability of Ms. Katherine Jackson. Period. You do it again and I'm giving you a 3 day vacation. Cry censorship or bullying or whatever else you want I don't care. There's a line and that topic crosses it.<br /><br />It is NOT OK to speculate about the health of MJ's mother. She is MJ's MOTHER. You want someone speculating about YOUR mother's health on a public message board? MJ hoaxed his death. She is helping him but He would NOT put her in danger or her health at risk. Period. Trust that.

    Thank you for sharing this article with us. I don't believe that Katherine is in Tucson but let's say that she is. Why is she driving home? She could fly and be there in about an hour. Instead she's driving and it'll take about 6-8 hours to get home.<br /><br />I also think this article, once again, smells so "familiar".<br /><br />Hang on and keep the respect towards Michael's family. Family is family regardless of what we think. I, personally, think they are all fighting very hard for Michael in spite of what people may think of them. Great job.<br /><br />Blessings

Oh no, in the evening before dawn / waking up - corrected:<br />not 2+4=6 but 9.<br /><br />Security was not really fired - but attempted to get "86 d".<br />"86 d" is a term from WWII and refers to pieces of warship equipment identified & designated for disposal.<br />The AT code is AT-6. <br />
    Anything referred to as AT-6 (or by similar phonetic, eighty-six), was to be disposed of in the dumpster. This is where the term became synonymous with throwing something away.
