It's becoming an everyday thing now the fake stories of celebrities dying. Today's Johnny Depp, they're saying he died in a car accident, but for a change there's no confirmation anywhere. Well we can say that this days is very easy to fake someone's death or we could ask MJ his opinion in the matter <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

Here's one link about it: <!-- m -->http://www.techbanyan.com/8658/johnny-d ... eath-hoax/<!-- m -->

    Makes you wonder who planted the story and why. A point to prove? A lesson to be learned about the media?
  • I think with the access all of us have to internet tools and technology, is quite easy to start a rumour. But the funny thing is that now TMZ became like the number one source for everything, because instead of people saying things like "CNN or BBC haven't confirmed anything", they say "well, it's not in TMZ".
  • I heard that too, now everyone is in a death hoax. Like you said it is easy to spread rumors but what if the media itself spreads the rumors, since the Illuminati is behind ALL the media. I'm just guessing.

    That's the news in question, yes, it's an old faked report, but people believed it was recent because it was linked in recent search news; and because it had the CNN logo, people automatically believed it was real.

    Okay I cannot understand how CNN can report such message that isn't confirmed to be true, eventhough it's old.

    They didn't. Someone hacked the page and editied the story, it's not even CNN's website, it's an angelfire hosted site that someone has made. As I said, just because it has the logo...
  • I think that's a fake version of the CNN website to try to create panic, don't you think?? I think they just made up those news at the time, because it says 2004, on top of a real inform of CNN. Because if you check by the middle suddenly they stop talking about Johnny Depp and start talking about the british army and the mexican president <!-- s:roll: -->:roll:<!-- s:roll: --> Apparently they forgot to delete second part.

    Yes, this is true, all it takes these days is a headline. People don't bother reading the story to actually find out what happened. In this case, nothing at all <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: -->
