And actually that deep breath and gulp down a full glass of water dowsnt work for me! neither does the hold your breath and count to ten way!, What I've found out (maybe it sounds stupid <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->) everyone has got "pressure points" at both sides of your head (between your eyes and ears there's a softer spot you can say above your cheeks <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D --> if you put pressure with your fingers on both points close your eyes and take deep breaths it will go away <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->..lol

I eat a teaspoon of sugar. That sometimes works.
Hiccups are an involuntary contractions of the diaphram that lead to rapid inhalation of air........and all of the "cures" we all use are really just old wives tales.
Nothing really works and hiccups just go away on their own...
