TII wasnt really touring... TII was in London and nowhere else, so MJ wouldnt have been "touring" in that sense.. it was a residency

first and foremost, bashir is a complete tool. and i mean that in the most offensive way possible (i'm trying to edit my language because i know there are children on this forum). please tell me how it's professional journalism when you tell the person who you are interviewing how they are feeling? "but that's been damaging hasn't it? -no - but it has!" god, someone please slap him. and sorry but i sleep with the lights on. i don't like the dark. does that mean i'm a damaged person?

also, 7 lights ....aren't there 7 lights on the TII poster? i'm connecting the dots (alluding to another topic post here) for TMZ.

this is a sad interview, but when he starts quoting "sound of music" i can't help but smile. i wish i could befriend him, or someone can where he doesn't feel like he needs to put up a front. i pray to god he has someone in his life where he can just be michael with.

He's just so amazing, the biggest words in this world aren't big enough to describe him. I agree Bashir is pure and pure evil. I'm not going to talk further about Bashir. But thanks for sharing this video!

I just can't understund, Michael loves what he does, music is his life, as he said many times before, Michael loves being on stage, but once, during the home videos, he said that he didn't like touring cause he always goes through hell, is it the fact to travel from a country to an other that he didn't like ?

I get this feeling that Michael is toying with Bashir, simply he is getting annoyed with his prying questions. Remember Michael has had 40 years of the press's manipulation. MJ's being "honest" but with some cheek. Just like in the interview with Oprah when she starts saying he is grabbing his crotch too much and then suddenly the smoke alarm goes off, and MJ doesn't bat an eye. I think MJ is always in complete control of himself and knows what he is doing. I've never heard anywhere else that MJ sleeps with stage lights shining on him all night. The song My Favorite Things makes me laugh cause it totally feels Michael is playing around with questions he finds annoying. He is a pro at playing with the media.

I agree..after watching tooo many of Mike's interview you can tell which ones where he was being serious or he just answer the questions randomly just to intrigue and toy the interviewer..you can tell in 'Living w/Michael Jackson', as the interview progressing, Michael was getting annoyed by Bashir. I think being an entertainer all his life, his instincts more often than not were spot on as to which journalist/interviewer that he can trust (which is a very little in number)..I think he was genuine in 'Private home video' or in other interviews where he was real humble and nice.

That was funny. I think Michael was totally pissed off at this point in this interview and he was giving MB what he wanted to hear basically to tick him off and maybe leave him alone. However Bashir just doesnt know when to let up does he?
