Was Michael Involved with Kenny Ortega before?

so you know how you get on youtube and you watch one video and then that leads to another and then another...yeah well on my random quest of michael videos, i stumbled across this beauty.

i know the sound is off, but that's not really the point. this has to be before 2000 because the speaker is talking about michael doing a benefit concert with other artists "before the millennium." what's interesting is that the speaker says one of his partners is kenny ortega. now, this may be a different kenny ortega than the one who "directed" TII, but who knows. listen at .08

you know, a lot of people believe this hoax has been planned for many years. maybe michael picked out his "director" before 2000?

    I'm sure it's probably the same Kenny Ortega. I don't think Ortega is really a common name. So that means MJ met him before 2000. I know MJ also took his children to see the high school musical cast which Kenny Ortega was involved with. That's why I believe Michael really trusted Kenny Ortega because I'm sure if he knew him this long they probably developed some sort of friendship. When I watched This is It movie I really felt that there was a connection with those two. I think MJ really did trust Kenny and I wouldn't doubt it if this plan has been in effect for a while now.

    Wow I didn't know they went that far back. That's why I felt their connection in the movie. MJ trusted Kenny. Some people think Kenny O. is no good but I feel opposite. Especially now knowing that he worked on Michael's Dangerous and History tours.

    I think this is John Landis the director who worked on the Thriller video not Kenny O. I believe John Landis was recently trying to sue MJ too (punk).

    okay so we know that kenny and michael go back to at least 1992. if michael had begun thinking about this hoax idea in the late 80s, maybe beginning 90s, he had ample enough time to develop a trust (and maybe even test it) with kenny. it's my personal opinion that kenny is an accomplice, not an outsider or enemy. makes you think even harder about the tweets he writes. how sometimes they are odd in context and word usage...kenny and michael could be closer than originally thought.

    Ah, my mistake it is John landis, he is credited as directing the black or white film. Sorry to cause any confusion. Heck they look alike tho lol (kenny and john i mean)

    Michael & Randy Phillips go way back too. There's a quote from Randy Phillips in the book "Michael Jackson: In His Own Words"...I don't have it with me at the moment because my friend is borrowing it, but do you remember when Michael did the promotion for LA Gear?

    Yes... his tweets have always been very suspicious! The most suspicious to me was the one in early september when he quoted Peter Pan.

    My deep opinion is that Kenny has used this situation to his own benefit.. bad feelings about that man at the moment. Watch the ones with the idle smiles... listen to Michaels words.

    this is what i know..
    Ortega was Michael Jackson’s director and creative partner. He directed both the “Dangerous” and “HIStory” world tours in the 1990s and numerous videos and shows for Jackson.

    Has anyone been following Kenny's site? Not just his twitter account. The picture caught my attention. Also pictured (but not shown in my picture) is MJ off to the right in a pose where he's pointing towards the V. Maybe this picture means nothing - it just caught my attention and wonder if anyone knows how long it's been up? Thanks.
