Evidence to increase the charges?

In light of the fact that Murray impeded medics/paramedics progress in resuscitating MJ, should that not allow his charges to be increased from involuntary manslaughter. Witholding information that is vital in allowing medics to determine the right course of treatment has to compromise resuscitation efforts and eventual outcome?
If Murray had been prompt with calling 911, had told paramedics he gave propofol, do you think paramedics would have wasted over 30 mins at the house given that the hospital was at most 6 mins away? By the way, does anyone know if the ER staff detected propofol in his blood when he went in?
