I'm not convinced Sony is evil. I think they were definitely out for the catalog, but I seriously doubt that Sony as a company was out for Michael's LIFE. I also don't like how everyone associated with Sony is carefully examined. So what does this mean? Because Michael owns a share of Sony, he was in the mafia too? I'm just confused. Not hostile. Who owns the rights to the Beatles catalog now? The reason I am asking, is that I am seeing and hearing Beatles songs on commercials and games. Also, there is beatles songs that is just now being released on itunes. After all these years, why now? If Sony is in on the hoax, maybe they are blackmailing him to release some of the catalog to keep their mouth shut about MJ. Or , MJ's family was forced to sell the catalog. Every where I go, I now hear MJ's music along with the Beatles. I never did before. Also, if the family thought that Sony was involved in the murder of MJ, I hope and pray that they would not sign at 250 million dollar deal with them to release his music. You ask an excellent and very valid question, all4loveandbelieve.......when my friend was sharing this info with me, it didn't occur to me to ask him that question (I think I was too excited to be hearing what appears to be inside info from the industry)....but the impression I got was that he got into a private conversation with someone at a party.....who knows? Perhaps the former Sony exec who shared this info had one glass of wine too many? I have absolutely no idea why she would have confided in him....maybe she believes MJ really is dead now, so it is safe to talk about it?....but I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out it is true....we know Michael was involved with Malnick (sp?) in Florida....there are lotsa mobsters in Florida, I understand....my only hope and prayer is that he had the means to escape....I believe he is smart enough to outwit ANYONE!

Not to defend a possible troll, but I have to interject something I've noticed. The search function on this forum isn't particularly user friendly, and it is possible that some of us new to this whole hoax concept may ask questions on topics that have previously been discussed; admittedly some ad nauseum. I'd like to believe folks here would courteously point us 'newbies' in the right direction rather than shove us on down the line with orders to 'search'.

You are absolutely right no one can force you to do anything you don't want, but stop being annoying. It seems you do it on purpose to bug people. I feel it makes you happy to make people feel bad. Remember Michael words, he wants to heal the world, to make it a better place to live and to accept everyone. If you cannot do that Kalispera, maybe you are not cut to be in this forum. The question of whom will benefit from the recent inclusion of Beatles' tunes on Itunes is a huge one for me....my first (and current) impression was/is that this is one more "piece" of the Hoax puzzle...and by that I mean, this was part of Michael's plan....it seems like an ENORMOUS money-maker....how can the Estate NOT be involved in this?...I know I don't even pretend to understand how all of the financial end of this is set up, but from a simpleton's stand point, it seems obvious that the Estate would benefit....it should be astronomical....and if all I've written is true, Michael's wealth should literally skyrocket into the stratosphere....
As for the question of Sony's role....it is just too confusing...but maybe not....maybe it boils down to a simple fork in the road:
A) Sony is evil. Sony is responsible for his death on some level. Sony is greedy. Sony would do anything to make money off of Michael Jackson.
or
Sony IS Michael. Sony is completely in on the Hoax and acting on Michael's behalf. Sony is in the process of making MICHAEL (& his kids) richer than Bill Gates.
Feel free to add a C, D, E, etc. if I'm making this too freakin' simple....but somehow, when I do break it down into Black and White like that, I can handle all of this a lot better....

And as for the story of my friend that started this whole thread, it obviously supports "A" and is so frightening, I can't bare the thought of it. Michael Jackson is a global treasure and if, in the end, we find out he was indeed murdered, I fear I will lose faith in humankind altogether. So instead, I cling to Hope. I cling to Faith. I cling to Love. I can't exist any other way.

The day Michael passed away started out like any other for me. I had only been home from Los Angeles for a few days. Prior to that, I had been working with Michael in LA. Sometimes I wonder if I hadn’t come home maybe I could have done something that would have caused him to still be alive. As I drove through the busy streets of Atlanta, I relished in the brief comfort of being home, fully knowing I was due to fly back to Los Angeles the next day. Michael was preparing for the London tour, and I was trying my best to do what he had asked me to do; watch over his business affairs, and AEG, the concert promotion company he had contracted with to do the London shows. I was also trying my best to fight what I perceived to be the evil that was surrounding him at that time. There were several suspicious things that were transpiring at the time which had Michael and I both concerned and puzzled. I received a call from Randy Jackson (Michael’s youngest brother) around 3:30 p.m. (EST). As soon as I answered, Randy said, "The paramedics have just taken Michael to UCLA Hospital." "Go to the hospital, call me once you get there, and let me know what’s going on," I said, as I made a beeline to my house. By this point my mind was racing, wondering what was really happening. My initial thought was that Michael was playing a prank or faking it. I knew that he did not want to do the London dates nor was he in any physical condition to do them. I thought this was his way of getting out of it. A few minutes later Randy called again and informed me that the media had announced that Michael was dead. I kept driving, but my heart and my mind were both racing. "What is going on?" I kept asking myself. I could hear the turmoil in her voice. I asked her, "When do you think I should come?"

So I did, leaving immediately the next morning. On my flight over, I kept thinking of all the things that Michael and I had discussed privately. All of the suspicious activities that had transpired months and weeks prior to his death played out in my mind over and over again. People that Michael had vowed to never to do business with again, such as John Branca and Frank Delio, had suddenly been brought back into his life by Randy Phillips of AEG. We could never figure out why. Michael and I had discussed this on many occasions, and now that I can put it all together, I can see everything so clearly. At that time, we were never sure about John Branca, his former attorney, whom Michael had many problems with in the past that had cost him millions of dollars. But we had an idea about Frank Delio, his former manager. We strongly believed that Frank Delio was being brought back into the picture by Randy Phillips because of me. I was the only person around Michael that AEG and Randy Phillips did not control financially, and Randy Phillips, having known me for a few years, knew that I would possibly create a problem for him if he was not working in Michael Jackson's best interest. In my opinion I know now that he clearly wasn't. I can see now that I was going to interfere with their plans.

In my opinion, AEG had a contract with Michael that was nothing less than a cocked financial gun pointed to his head. It is my belief that he was being totally exploited. This story is a proof to me that his life was really in danger and he had no choice but to fake his death to save his children's and his life, i just refuse to believe that he chose to give up, to sit back and wait until the "bad guys" would kill him, it's not his stlyle, i do think that he loved his kids too much to make them orphans.
