    Seriously, a 100 Thumbs Up... this week was tough for me and I almost lost my faith in the hoax. But this thing about the stretcher is simply amazing. It's not just asuming that they are not using the old stretchers anymore, it is a confirmation. This video just gave me all my faith back.

    I also think this is an excellent video, and I love the way things were investigated.<br />However, what bothers me is that the first guy still said that some hospitals might still be using the old ones...so it doesnt make it completely impossible that Michae'ls bed belongs to the old series. And also, when the manager is being asked if they still use the old series, would it give a nice picture of his hospital if he would answer with a yes, in case they do still use old series? I mean, he doesn't know who is on the phone, and he'd rather "sell" his hospital as an hospital as modern as possible... and not as one using old beds! Or am I being negative?<br />WHATEVER, I still think that this video shows a very good point and that the chances are not big so that uCLA medical center have let MICHAEL JACKSON laying on a old bed, and also, is it supposed to be again a coincidence that the bad serie is called Renaissance????? I guess not /woohoo/

    OMG! /bravo/ God bless this person who did this research.. First of all when a person is dead they cover the sheet on them for respect. Even if they wanted to take a picture they would at lease cover the person a little as you can see the sheets are down up to his feet almost.  You can see this is not Michael, When I saw that picture I automatically said this is photoshopped. <br />

    all I can say is holy !@#$.....<br /><br />I thought the stretcher looked rather older looking, my daughter was in the ICU a few weeks ago at our naval hospital and they are also using Stryker prime models...<br /><br />In fact, even in the ER, they were the curved rail models....I didn't notice any of the older stretchers in there, everything was rather uniform...all the rooms in the ER and the rooms in the ICU all had newer Stryker models. <br /><br />We have a DR appt tomorrow at the hospital, perhaps I can get a better look at their stretchers and see if they in fact have older models they are using, or what their policy is about using older models.

    What about Sedars Cinai Medical Center, remember rumours of MJ being there? Wonder if the strechers could be from there? ( I still think he is alive by the way) Just wanted to go back to June 25th 09 to see if anything stood out.

    Something just occured to me....on friday during the trial, the prosecution spent a lot of time asking Dr. Cooper about the emergency room equipment. DESCRIBE THIS, DESCRIBE THAT, WHAT'S THIS, WHAT'S THAT....and going over all this equipment in the ER room, and at the time I'm thinking what the heck is he getting at?  :? <br /><br /><br />Now this "debunking" the gurney in the "death photo" makes sense....but there are two loose ends.<br /> <br />Can anyone check pictures to see if ....<br /><br />1) the gurney coming off the ambulance matches the "death" picture<br />2) the gurney in the ER room matches the "death" picture<br /> <br />The court testimony continues today with Dr. Cooper, so I'm sure they will show the pictures of the ER room again (gurney), but in light of this new research, it does make you take a closer look at the "equipment" involved.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Doesn't the robe goe on backwards... :? <br /><br /><br />This "death" photo is starting to look more like a photoshopped post-op photo of MJ (if it's semi real)...and according to when the "renaissance" series stretcher as mentioned in the video was in use, the photo would have to have been taken sometime between 1991-2003.<br /><br /><br />I'm sure the Coroner will be called to testify...I wonder what photos will we see from that?!<br /><br />...this isn't the end...it's only the beginning :lol:

    Although I believe the photo is fake, we must remember that the conversation with the UCLA Manager happened this year and he said "we did have some old stretchers but we got rid of them", Michael "died" in 2009, 2 years ago at which time they may still have had old stretchers.<br /><br /><br />I think a question we should be asking is how is it that Mr. Senneff failed to recognize the patient as Michael Jackson? It is clear (to me anyway) that the person in this picture is definitely MJ and if the testimonies are anything to go by, this is more or less the view they would have had of him as they came into the bedroom, but obviously in real life (meaning better quality!)<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Surely this is not an "official" photograph, (for whatever reason they would need to take it) because of the quality. So here are more questions we need to ask...<br /><br /><br />1) Who would have taken it?<br />2) How would they have been allowed to take it?<br />3) What purpose would it serve?<br />4) How was this picture allowed to be shown in court?<br /><br /><br />I think all these questions are important. <br /><br /><br />I don't know much about court procedures, but from what I have seen of the trial so far, it seems to me that all evidence has to be shown to both parties (and the judge?) before it can be shown to the Jury, to make sure it is relevant and admissible as evidence. I highly doubt that Murray's team or the judge, would allow this photo to be shown as not only does it have the word "Homicide" plastered on it, which is objectionable to begin with as it is 'leading, loaded and speculative', but it has no real purpose, except to convince the Jury and the viewing millions around the world, including us, that Michael is dead (just incase I suppose there were a few BeLIEvers on the bench as well!).<br /><br /><br />So why would someone have taken it in the first place? You would think it must have been taken by some sort of official for some sort of purpose as it has not been leaked before the trial? This would lead me to believe that it would have been kept secret in a locked file, either with the Coroner's office or the Police/Ambulance crews or even one of MJ's Security such as Alverez. But Why?<br /><br /><br />Did they know when they took it, that it would later be needed to show in court? How could they know this?<br /><br /><br />In My Opinion, this is not an Official photograph (another reason why it should not have been allowed to been shown in the court!) Not only is the quality to poor, but it does not show a proper likeness to the person it is supposed to be, with the medical apparatus still connected to the person's face, it is not possible to positively identify the person as Michael Jackson. If it was a Coroner's photo or a Police photo, not only would the quality be a lot better, but there would also be more than one. There would be a different one that shows the patient without the medical apparatus still connected. Coroner/Police - RULED OUT<br /><br /><br />We know that Alverez (from his testimony) was on guard "outside the room where Michael was placed after he died", which from the evidence video has a window view through to it. But he was too busy making sure that no-one at all entered the room. He had a cell phone with him, but why would he want to take a picture of Michael laying dead? and he certainly would not have been able to hand it to prosecution lawyers, then be used as a witness - RULED OUT! <br /><br /><br />The only other people allowed in that room (that we saw and heard of during the evidence video) were Police officers and nurses. Well, typically, nurses are not allowed to carry cell phones whilst on duty (mainly due to interference of medical equipment) and they certainly wouldn't need to take a picture for any purpose. I'm not sure whether Police are allowed to carry cell phones whilst on duty, But would they risk losing their job for the sake of a photograph of a dead Michael Jackson? And If they took it secretly, why didn't they leak it anonymously for millions of dollars? How, if they did take it secretly, did it end up being used in a Manslaughter trial? - RULED OUT!<br /><br /><br />Not only this, but the position of the security camera in the hospital would have showed someone entering the room to take a picture and from the video that was shown in court, nobody enters that room, but they would have the whole tape of the time Alverez was guarding for evidential purpose, so if the picture was taken secretly (and unlawfully) the defence team would have been able to shoot it down in flames right from the start!<br /><br /><br />It's a mystery to say the least, but sometimes the answer is hidden in plain sight.
