I was robbed I am not bankrupt. <br /><br />I have a Rolls Royce Phanton, a driver and an office in Beverly hills In 2010 I, Dr. Arnold Klein, reported an immense embezzlement, fraud, identity theft, and theft to the Laguna Beach Police, Beverly Hills Police, Homeland Security, Attorney’s Bill Seki and Phillip Boesch. The main venue the embezzlers used was Private Bank of California. The fraudulent accounts established at this bank could only have been done with insider assistance in there was no signed power of attorney, no signature card, and the address to which the accounts were sent was unknown to me; Furthermore in that these accounts were arranged in part by a Pakistani National working with the membership chair of CAIR (which the FBI considers an arm of Hamas) It was very shocking this was allowed to occur. With no response from the authorities or my attorneys I did not know what action to take. Being ill from the embezzlers altering my medication I was convinced to enter Ovlg Bankruptcy Attorneysy Court by three attorneys who guaranteed me my adversarial cases would be swiftly heard in this manner. Muhammad Khilji,Jason Pfeiffer,Robert Lorsch are the key embezzlers. Read on and see it was not about my money but alot more money;<br /><br />1) David Neale (who held stock in Private Bank of California unbeknownst to me) was well aware that 20-30 million dollars had been embezzled by individuals through illegal accounts established at Private Bank of California with assistance of the CEO of Private Bank Todd Neilson. He told me my cases would be heard swiftly which was a lie.<br /><br />2) Richard Neiter my Bankruptcy Judge evicted me from my office and strangely bifurcated my case such that not a single adversarial case has ever been heard in 3 years. He admitted he also held stock in. Private Bank of California. Federal Judicial guidelines require the removal of Neiter that I had requested from each and every one of my attorneys but they refused. <br /><br />3) a Trustee Bradley Sharp who has a strong fiscal relationship with Todd Nielson the CEO of Private Bank was involved with the embezzlers of Dr.Klein’s funds and well as another director of Private Bank. This is conflict of Interest and requires removal<br /><br />5) David Rish was always jealous of me and stole from me. I did nothing wrong but he and Jason Pfeiffer reported me to the Ca Medical Board though I never had a comlant<br /><br />4) Please note John Branca's law firm has two seats on the <br />board of Private of California, that it is all about!<br /><br />5) There is no such thing as an honest bankruptcy lawyer.<br /><br />6) Look at the emails between AEG(Randy Phillips) about Michael. they say Michael was drunk,Micheal never got drunk<br /><br />7) Khilji.Pfeiffer,Rish,,Charnley and Glassman spoke to Hoefflin.Randy Phillips of AEG.Harvey Levin.They.illegally released my records on MJJ.allowed Hoefflin to speak, increased the doses of medicine I used and while you were not looking settled the estate with a phony will.

Phillip Anscutz is an evil man who was deeply involved in the death of Michael Jackson. <br /><br /><br />As Mr Jackson stated to me Mr Anschutz and Tom Barack said he had to do 30 shows or lose Neverland, his music catalogue and maybe even his children. Initially,Jack Wishna was the man who first brought Michael to Las Vegas from Ireland. He came to Vegas to prevent the foreclosure on Neverland.He was fine when he landed but after his family arrived he became so physically and mentally disabled he could not even do 2 shows a month. After Wishna Tohme Tohme, a Lebanese-American became Jackson’s business manager. He contacted fellow Lebanese-American Tom Barack. Barack had a relationship with the Neverland's loan holder, Fortress, and was able to get an extension to give his Colony team time to crunch the numbers. He bought the loan on Neverland and said to Michael "Where you are is an insolvable puzzle unless you’re willing to go back to work or..it’s just presiding over a funeral.” Colony agreed to bail out Michael and in return, the firm would take ownership of Neverland and arrange for AEG, the concert promoter owned by Barrack’s friend Phil Anschutz, to stage a comeback. What the public is unaware of is that Barack and William Bone also owned Sunrise Colony, which held the mortgage on Conrad Murray’s Las Vegas soon-to- be-foreclosed on home in the Red Rock Country Club. That is how they found the incompetent Murray to care for Michael. An unforeseen complication arose when Barack received a call from father of Prince Abdullah Al-Khalifa of Bahrain who was suing Mr Jackson in London’s High Court for $7 million plus damages. Barack knew the King of Bahrain from Sardinia, where Barack owns much of the Costa Smeralda. Jackson had apparently forgotten that while being hosted in Bahrain, he had signed over the rights to his catalogue to Prince Abdulla Al-Khalifa for 7 million dollars. Colony then also had to buy out the Prince.. Jackson then moved into a gated $100,000-a-month mansion in Bel-Air and began to prepare for a run of now 50 concerts(!) in London he could never and woud never do! He was struggling physically and heavily medicated by Conrad Murray who could not barely start an IV. He died, from a sedative overdose, eighteen days before the first concert. But in the frenzy of posthumous adulation of Jackson, it was hard to find an FM radio station that wasn’t playing Billie Jean or Beat It. Barrack watched as Jackson’s value was suddenly and spectacularly realized. "This Is It," a documentary about Jackson’s preparation for the comeback concerts, grossed $261 million worldwide during its theatrical run, a record for a concert film, and the Jackson estate signed a series of lucrative deals, including a video game and a Cirque du Soleil show. What’s amazing, Barrack says, is he attained in death what he could never attain in life. It may be an obvious observation, but it’s one with huge financial implications for a long-term investor. . Colony nor AEG had predicted Jackson would die, but they certainly helped it along by hiring the incompetent Murray to care for him. John Branca was very close to Sony . Sony recently bought Epic so with the amount held by the Prince of Bahrain Michael’s Legacy is the property of Anchutz. One day maybe I will even be paid for rebuilding Michael’s face? Just remember how different Jackson and Anscutz are. One a child star who grew up to become possibly the world's most flamboyant and famous performer, but whose life imploded amid accusations of child molestation, tabloid embarrassments, and gross financial mismanagement. The other is barely known outside the business world, rarely quoted on the record, and a supporter of Conservative causes that include limiting the rights of gays and lesbians and promoting "traditional" family values in entertainment and media world.

I writing this book for Michael and his children. I was told not to write it by countless people. All I can say even if no one reads this book in this generation I have to leave behind the truth . You won’t hear this from his family members in that they barely knew this wondrous human. Michael was a treasure the type which we only find in dreams. <br /><br />For some reason these little snippets remind me of the things we've been seeing over the past few weeks, months, years. The poetry sounds a bit like "Back" or "Front" type references. The reference to the terrible shoes (Paris tweets about walking on water)etc..., "...we only find in dreams" (like propofol induced sleep). etc....<br /><br /> There seems to be a lot of "layering" in the way he writes. This reminds me of Kingdom entertainment, the company MJ and the Prince Alwaleed bin talal planned to similarly benefit families. TMZ posted my totally incorrect illegally released medical records of Michael Jackson on TV as the lawyers were settling MJJ’s estate with a Will that is absolutely erroneous. It was signed on 7/7/02 in LA while Mjj, Al Sharpton and I were were in New York and Michael was speaking in Harlem.

As far as Michael peeing in cups, what a disturbed character this Dr. Klein is!!! Unfortunately for me, I have not met Michael, and I don't really know him in person, but when I watch a video of him onstage at one of his concerts, what astounds me is that he sings from his heart, as he said in one of his interviews when he was a small boy, "I don't sing (or say) it if I don't mean it." something to that effect. <br />I've listened to all his interviews that's available online, and I've come to the conclusion that Michael is very shy, specially when it comes to sexuality and sexual situations, and very honest, when you look at his eyes he's like an open book, you can see his soul through his eyes.<br /><br />

Seems Arnie was ready to thrown stones when he thought Michael was deceased, but something (or someone) apparently alerted him that he had perhaps jumped the gun. I don’t know what to think of him anymore. It was my initial gut instinct that Arnie had used Michael’s name & his association with Klein’s clinic in the form of alias’s to obtain prescription drugs for himself thinking he could get away with it since they were painting Michael as an addict. However, the shit hit the fan and Arnie stands right smack in the middle of fraud & mal-practice. He stands to lose a lot more than he already has if it turns out he’s found to have falsified records to get meds slandering Michael’s name & reputation because to me, if anyone is on drugs, judging from Arnie’s rants & raves & madness, he is on the short list of the usual suspects.

Agreed diggyon, from what's been fed to us by the media, and what he's posted on twitter and his facebook page, he seems to be in trouble financially and he wants to rectify that and get out of the rut that he's in, but it's too little too late, he's going about it all the wrong way and it's backfiring on him... <br />He needs to have some restraint, and respect people's privacy. Oh, and he needs to get a life of his own and stop living off of other people.<br /><br /><br />The best way to describe him in extremely literary terms is: Yuck and Yuck!!!
