No King_Michael, I don't believe that Michael will ever forgive his father for his treatment during his childhood. That's what I meant about the will, since it did not mention any provisions for Joe, therefore, I think it is probably legit.

Hmmm, that's an interesting article. Although the National Enquirer is indeed a trashy tabloid, they have actually broken many legitimate stories in the past. I don't think we should be too quick to dismiss it. There were obviously many shady people around MJ willing to sell him out...look how many have come out of the woodwork since June 25th. It could be that this is all made up, or maybe MJ really was in poor health. It could also be that this was planted as the start of the hoax, just like the stories Ian Halperin was fed.
As far as the will goes, it seems suspicious that his own family keeps questioning it. It sounded like he did forgive his father in the last few years, so I think it's odd he was left out of the will completely. Maybe Michael really did update it before he "died" with new instructions...so where is it?
I'm sure Michael Jackson leaked a rumour about his health. He gave US a warning, that he didn't want to do these 50 concerts now, but only 10. And I'm sure he is in a disguise.. How can we know that he had any ill problems?.. He wouldn't say it himself, or he would maybe lie to them.

janet will raise the kids away from the spotlight? she's an actress and singer. she's IN the spotlight. it's part of the job. this fact makes me think the story isn't credible

Why is seeing the body so important? Plenty of families have closed-casket services b/c often it's just too painful to look at the body of a loved one. Plus, depending on the circumstances of a death or the extent of an autopsy, no amount of makeup can make a body presentable. Where is it written that celebrities must have open-casket services?

Was the Will ever validated? I don't think so. Even Randy said recently in his tweets that the Will was not up and up.......so if the Will is a fake then leaving his father out of the Will is irrelevant in my opinion. I think Michael made sure that his REAL Will was air tight. It seems to be that this whole Estate process went a little too fast as far as gathering his assets and distribution. Nothing makes legally sense as far as the estate process of Michael's affairs is concerned.
