I think that he may have acted the scene one time as a rehearsal , have the picture taken, then they touched it with photoshop to erase some clues , to add some others clues ( if she look too real we wouldn't be here after all)
So that's why the skin tone is darker , some details of his face seems older too
Photoshop can transform some ugly hollywoodian b***** into beautiful,thin and perfect like beauties , so of course they can make someone beautiful as Mike(wich already look young for his age anyways) look younger and make us confused as hell .Erase some wrinkles and scars , put the eyebrow from another era , darken his skin tone , put an another nose and here is it !
I tought at first that it could be an older picture as well
But what if it's a picture of 2009(took during a reahearsal of the death : remember Ben's slip-up " that day and that other d...(day) mixed up with an older picture to make him look totally different from now ?
Of course it doesn't look 2009 Era , it's 2009 Era with some details of Bad/History/Blood on the Dance Floor Era.

I wasnt alive in the 80's either but the chamber picture is REAL they just told a FAKE story about how he slept in one to live longer which is a LIE...he got burned making a pepsi commercail on his head and had to get in one...someone got a picture sold it and you knowing TABLOIDS making up the story

Doesn't anybody else thing his head is small in this pic compaired to the paramadics, I always thought so... I mean it seems off proportion, anybody agree??? You know Michael is a tall man, wouldn't his head be bigger donno
BTW from what angel is that photo taken, I always thought it was impossible to take a picture of the side (slightly from the corner) of somebody when your taking the picture from the back of the ambulance... what kind of an ambulance is that, does it have windows in its corners????
Yes, I agree See. His head looks awful small. And with the dark tinted windows on the ambulance, I just can't understand how they got this shot to begin with. And his face certainly looks younger and different than it did the night before at rehersals.

Wanna know what I thought when seeing the pics side by side... ok this will sound crazy so forgive me...to me the right side picture it make me think he looked like Blanket. And I realized once again that Blanket is definately his son!

Do you know what bugs me about the ambulance picture? The nose.. there were many rumours going around that MJ wore a fake prosthetic tip on his nose and in the ambulance picture it appears to me that the top of the nose is missing.
The pic may be real.

One thing I notice, when I see the "whole original picture" is that big difference between the sitting paramedic and the lying Michael....I'm no specialist but it looks so unfitting ( I mean the paramedic look so big and Michael looks so small....It's hard to explain I hope you know what I mean?
No doubt,you are right,. I tried to estimate the "complete" seize of mjs head and compare it with the seize of the underarm of the paramedic pumping. Even if it is a big, powerfull arm, the relation "head-underarmsize" is not natural.
Also the colour of the skin is not a point,because Mjs pigmentation was so low.
