For your information, Rumpus is still not listed as deceased on the website of his breeder/owner, while it has been updated on November 16th (Rumpus died around half October).
Whether MJ is alive or not, it IS a difficult case. The crime scene was ruined, the security tapes are gone - they have basically nothing.
But why the LAPD let the crime scene to be ruined??? Letting the family go there to take away things or God knows what else they did there... <!-- s:shock: -->:shock:<!-- s:shock: -->
