ok, so i've posted this in the TII movie thread also, but watching my TII dvd i suddenly noticed that the dancers and MJ aren't practicing the smooth criminal lean??
No, would MJ really leave it out of a return concert? and would the dancer's not have to practice that over and over to get where to place the boot onto the peg in the stage to enable the lean??
I'm confused......
discuss, people......

my video uploaded from the DVD!
well ive watched the staging the return extra and believe it or not orange pants IS MJ, it show him without glasses and a hat, wearing the orange pants and the blue shirt, and its 1 million percent MJ . yes they mentioned that he would use a double, i think during the Dirty Diana performance so he could get changed for the next song.
so ive actually drawn to the conlcusion that its all michael <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) -->
And one other thing I haven't done yet but going to - are the dancers dressed the same during in every song. Cause I have a feeling that they are changing clothes while michael stays with the same ones...going to check this out later.
u talking about this picture ?
yea that one , and damn <!-- s --><!-- s --> he is wearing the sunglasses , i think im goin blind <!-- s --><!-- s -->
giggle, guess he like to wear it inside <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->
Bravo!!!!
I said so many times TII Is all MJ himself!!!
And yes orange pants is our beautiful Mike.
No one else can patent the lean, they simply can now perform it. Once patent expires anyone can do it, but you cannot repatent an existing... well... thing. Patents are available only for new inventions.
Is there a way to find out if someone else owns or has the rights to the patent now? I would think that keeping this stuff current and paid up should automatically have been taken care of by his business managers, right? Sad...
There's no need to continue to hold the patent. It's become a signature Michael move and any artist that does it now is simply paying tribute to the King.
Michael did moonwalk in Smooth Criminal in TII.
I don't believe anyone else does own the patent,bc remember at the mtv awards those dancers did it even with a few of them ruining it,but jeez anyway this is michael jackson he shouldn't have to keep paying a maintanence fee to hold the patent
Evidently his business owners didn't have Michael's best interest at heart, otherwise they would have paid for the maintenance fees.
