But I also think MJ has probably thought of ideas based on other things he had planned. For example, the Gilda in TII was planned of course because of the faked death. But perhaps the two things Joe said about Katherine (mame) and being shot on stage (reason for a fake death) were thought of just recently BECAUSE of Gilda. Does that make sense?
