Did anyone see Celebrity Apprentice last night?

The Apprentice was very interesting this week. The two teams had to write a children's book. The books were based on a team member from each team. The women's team chose of course Latoya to be the character in the book. The book was titled Latoya the Lion. The story was about a shy little lion being happy with herself and learning how to roar. Tempers flared with Star Jones, Lisa Rhinna, and Dionne Warwick. Latoya started crying when they were arguing and Star tells her to suck it up.lol She really is dramactic though. My sister and I were like why is Latoya crying for no reason.lol Anyway I thought it was ironic that she got chosen as the star of the children's book and play. She's something else. <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: -->

    Anyone watching tonight (4-3)? It seems to be very "Michael" heavy. La Toya is throwing his name around big time- and she is donating a Michael shirt and said that raising the money for charity is what he would have wanted (this was a teaser- so I am just waiting to see what develops).

    Ok, so she donated a shirt signed by Michael. She said he signed it before his death and the background was changed afterwards instead of what it said before (I was not paying attention- gotta rewind. Edit- the back was supposed to have his picture)- to Celebration of his Life.
    Hm....
    And we had LaToya doing her "crying" routine again. No tears- and she dipped away.

    I had to laugh. Nice move LaToya.

    Oh, and she said "we should be an example of the angel that he is. He is such an angel."

    Michael's shirt sold for 99 000 and the women (with Trump's donation of 14000- btw- he talked about his friend Michael) raised 1 MILLION for Marlee Matling's charity. The guys raised over 600 000 for Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
    Oh- ad LaToya's Michael inspired hat won!- Her charity (Aids foundation) won 25 000.

    It's from Pearl Jr's site- so ignore her initial plugging of her video (why did she have to put the plug in TWICE)- anyway.... It show LaToya and offering the shirt as well as Donald's reaction in the boardroom.

    Btw- I bet Michael was contributing to the donations (remember internet offers were accepted) as well . I had to laugh though- I bet he contributed to the guys big time, since the charity was Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
    Wonder who bought Michael's shirt....

    I believe this is partof the plan. her being on The Apprentice with a wide viewing audience, speaking of Michael's goodness. Awakening those who have been sleeping <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> There is no way a back ground on a shirt can be "changed". If she had said it was blank on the back and the background was added, it would have been a little more believable. But changed? With no trace of the initial background, no smudges, the signature perfect. No way. Thanks LaToya. I love you for being simply LaToya.

    The one on the show looked HUGE...this is small around the waist on her ...

    I missed the first 20 minutes of last night’s show and later watched it online (mainly to see “Meatloaf’s Meltdown”), but Latoya’s initial presentation of the t-shirt was also shown. After seeing that, I now wonder if some of the Jacksons including some of Michael’s siblings are not in on the hoax (at least not from the beginning )? Either that, or several family members are incredibly good actors.

    My mother told me about this(her and my step father are non believers) and she said they were shocked. She said those shirts had to be signed recently. I said to my mother SEE this is what we have all been talking about! She and my step father are def questioning things. And yes that T shirt she showed on the show is wayyyyyy bigger than the one she is wearing shes a tiny lady. <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->

    Yes the Apprentice was so MJ on this past Sunday. The challenge was all about art and raising money from the art for charity. Latoya and Donald Trump always seem to bring MJ's name into the board room. Trump always refers to MJ as his friend when he talks about him. The whole demeanor of the show was different this week it had a twist. Also the ladies team made hats and Latoya's MJ inspired hat happen to win which I loved by the way. I want that hat. I knew the ladies were going to beat the guys because of the MJ art pieces. I bet MJ was a donor.lol Anyway I'm looking forward to this new show coming out called the voice. Did you guys see the symbol for the show? It's a hand holding a microphone just like MJ while throwing up the peace sign like MJ always did. I think this show should be watched. I swear it's like MJ is behind the scenes of some of these shows. <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

    LaToya seems to be stepping it up a bit on the show. I'm interested to see how she handles Nene's apparent outburst that was on the preview's for Sunday's ep. I honestly didn't expect LaToya to be on the show for as long as she has been, but I'm glad to see she's still there. Also glad that they chose to ax one of the men last week, too! Kindness would not have paid off for the women.

    I'm with you on this one. This isn't the same shirt! The shirt that she's wearing is a baby tee which is more of a form fitting tee--and I doubt that it's knotted in the back. I wouldn't have been suspicious if she hadn't said that there were only 2 made. The shirt that she showed to Marlee was a regular t-shirt. <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->

    Did you see the clip for next weeks show? Awful what that lady (from house wives of Atlanta) say's to Latoya. She was putting her down calling her old saying she was 50 and something about using her 7 letters in her name to get a head, talks about MJ and her family. I was proud of Latoya she did'nt seem to stup to her level. I will have to check it out and see the out come...it was not cool at all. <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? -->
