Perhaps one of you is brave enough to call and verify that this is indeed his true twitter account? If it's not, then who on earth would create a fake twitter account for the LA County Coroner Chief, 5 days before MJ's "death" and why?

Almost as if he attended an event with EcasanovaEvans and is tweeting to him "Good job, I had a great time" sort of thing.
If he doesn't have a twitter account, then why is Harvey tweeting to him? And why is he tweeting to Janet Jackson and Mack Culkin?
E'Cas has stated he does not have a twitter. I could tweet to Janet doesn't mean I know her, Janet isn't tweeting back to him. The Mack Culkin account isn't verified.
