The thing that is also well maybe even more interesting then the slip up is that he says "he knows and it will all come out". Would anyone say something like that if their own brother was murdered? Highly unlikely.
Wow...major slip up indeed. He comes across as rather upset, obviously this is something that is bothering him very much. He is stuttering, talking incoherent, possibly it is all becoming a bit too much.
However the mix-up of the hospital with airport is strange, yes. Hard to tell what sort of slip-up it is, but it appears to be because he is upset, not intentional.
Remember MJ left LA that day, thats the reason why Jermaine mixes hospital with airport, cuz he knows MJ arrived to the airport, not to the hospital.
He appears to mix it up with the theory that Michael died long before arriving at the hospital, which is suspect of a murder plot. That, and the mix-up of "hospital" with "airport" and using the words "was not with us" instead of "dead" makes it incoherent, so it can be interpreted different ways.
