Remember the TII DVD release date is this month... so Kenny is going to start twittering again because he wants more publicity so more people buy the DVD and line his pockets with money....
as stated here up above.. Kenny only twittered in the run up and release of TII in the cinemas... now he is starting to talk again because this is the run up to the DVD release.

When I first saw that tweet the 'May' part stood out for me. Could Kenny be hinting that something will happen in May? Why would he put a capital letter on the word 'may' ? It does not need one!
me personally wouldn't put to much emphasis on May.. this is just how some people write.. like when writing a month of the year they put a capital letter.. or a day of the week.. i know i do.. or writing a name.. example..
