she writes "it's going to take longer then 4 years" I hope this isn't a hint to us who are all expecting a bam before the end of the year... :errrr:
  • yes, I think that is a good example of how one letter or misquote can be used in a different context than what it was intended.

I'm not here to debate one party or the other but what I will say is that most teenagers aren't into politics but it's refreshing to see that the younger Jacksons seem very aware of politics and events of the world. Maybe because of their exposure, maybe not.

Blessings

Sorry to say this, but these are not the words of14-year old teenager. Grown ups are grown ups and teenagers are teenagers, no matter what! I have seen teen agers in many demonstrations. They just support the political views of their parents and really have a ploticals views of their own due to their age. It's normal.

So by this reasoning, Paris tweeting support for Obama = MJ supports Obama.

I get what you're saying about teenagers and it may apply to a lot of them but not all. There are some pretty switched-on kids out there who are capable of making up their own minds and making their own decisions. Even politically although they are not able to vote yet.
  • there is also much discussion on this subject in school.

this conversation just made me think of something i have wondered about. in the ophra interview michael was asked about the rumor that he did not want to perform at the clinton gala, which he told us was not true. i was just wondering , does anyone know where and how the rumor got started in the first place?

I've heard kindergarten children talk like that so I'm not surprised she talk like that at 14.
My 12 year old niece talks like that as well and I can guarantee she didn't learn that form her mom. She has very valid points and is very able to stand on her own in her arguments. She may not have the life experience of a 30 year old person but trust me, some of the kids today are very evolved.

I agree. I don't think Paris is given enough credit. She is extremely bright just like her daddy and I'm sure she wasn't shoved into any room when the adults were discussing politics. I remember somewhere Paris saying that she was taught to think for herself and I think that is what she's doing. Albeit she does seem to be swinging the same direction as Michael but that's perfectly fine. She can hold her own from what I see.

At the same time I think there is a deeper message in her words. Blessings to you all.

IMO, adolescents do not necessarily support the ideas of their parents, I think it is the age of change and are committed to what they think. I think Paris just gives his view on the matter. The government of my country is allowing teens casting vote, over 16, great controversy here ... that's why no wonder that Paris opine about it. :bearhug:
  • I can't say that I am surprised to witness how teens are fully participating in discussions about politics and world issues. I think that social media does help to increase their interest too. I noticed that they talk about these matters at school and social places. Prior to our parliament elections we've had quite some discussions here in da house :argue: a few weeks ago, which is surely encouragable. It's so great to hear how much they feel involved, how they think for themselves and stand by their opinion. Love it!
Can someone read what's written inside the ring. These might be magical words! :ghsdf:

The inscription is in Tengwar, a language of Middle-Earth (Lord of the rings):

Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.

And that means, as stated below the pic:

One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.

That´s a classic Lord of the Rings ring :icon_e_wink:

Regarding this article about Paris and her brothers being at a Marvel comic books convention, ( Paris Jackson shares late father Michael's geeky hobby... as she spends day at comic book convention with her brothers ) I made this montage... is it a clue? or just another "coincidence" ? ---> https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=86263185&l=bd2e1a7ab9&id=197418280315197

See also:
---> Michael Jackson Talking About Buying Marvel

---> Michael Jackson Tours in Marvel Studio meets Stan Lee rare

I think Paris sweetsunset considers Omer "like a brother" we all know that Omer shared many years of his life at Neverland and with children. If MJ's son or not, I do not know but I must say it is very similar to Blanket (hopefully not disturb my opinion) especially when Omer was a kid.

• Blanket does look like Omar! And his mother is Indian....so perhaps Omar's Mom is Blanket's Mom!
